Our click and collect service will be available on our website 7 days a week. Just place an order on the website and choose the free local collection option at the checkout. Once you have paid for the order through the our website payment partners, please leave 30 mins for your order to be prepared. You will then be able to collect your order from the door of our Rainham store.

Our call and collect service will be available on 01634 263353, 7 days a week. Give our friendly sales team a call and pay for your order over the phone. Our staff will then tell you when your order will be ready for collection, this could be up to 30 mins for you order to be prepared. You will then be able to collect your order from the door of our Rainham store.

We can also offer a local delivery service to postcodes ME4, ME5, ME7, ME8, ME9, ME10 and ME14. This service will begin with a twice weekly schedule. To arrange a delivery call us on 01634 263353 and pay for you order over the phone. Our delivery schedule will be as follows:- Orders placed between Friday 9am and Tuesday 9am will be out for delivery on a Tuesday morning. Orders placed between Tuesday 9am and Friday 9am will be out for delivery on a Friday morning. All deliveries will be subject to a £1 delivery charge.

If you cannot collect from store or fall outside of our deliver parameters we still can offer web order delivered through the Royal Mail. Please bear in mind that because of the lockdown and  Christmas fast approaching, Post Office deliveries will more than likely be delayed for the foreseeable. We will dispatch orders on the same day or latest next day. Tracking numbers are available on request, please bear with us through this difficult time.
