Dispatch
Any orders received before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. All other orders will be dispatched on the following day or Monday for any orders received at the weekend.
Carriers
We use Royal Mail recorded delivery (signed for), for all of our shipments.
Order Tracking
Royal Mail provide a tracking number with every package we send. If you require a copy of the shipping number please email us at info@madcowvaping.com.
Shipping Rates
We have 2 flat rate shipping rates, one for 1st class and another for 2nd class. If your order total is over £50 then there is an option for free delivery at the checkout. This will be sent 2nd class recorded if selected.
Back Orders/Split Orders
If we cannot fulfill your order, due to stock levels, we will contact you via email or phone to give you the choice of whether you want a refund for the items that are out of stock or if you want us to send them to you once they are back in stock. If you choose the later we will ship the second part of your order at our cost.
